I suggest that you are dealing with multiple issues here and it might be 
best to deal with one at a time.

Pop can be a bit complicated, so let's deal with the easy one of sending 
mail to your domain.

What tells you that there is "no such user"? What is qmail logging at the time.

What exactly is the error message or bounce that you are getting?

Tell us exactly what you're seeing and what you interpret it to mean.
