Nobody said anything about blocking any ports. You selectively set RELAYCLIENT
depending on where the SMTP connection is coming from. Anyone can connect, but
only when RELAYCLIENT is set will relaying be allowed.

Install the ucspi-tcp package and read the FAQ again. It'll do exactly what
you're saying you want.
