This means that mail to iitb-foobar will be handled by
~sameer/.qmail-sameerfoobar which is probably not what you want. Try
these instead:
=iitb::sameer:501:100:/home/sameer:-:iitb:
+iitb-::sameer:501:100:/home/sameer:-:iitb-:
which means that mail to iitb is handled by ~sameer/.qmail-iitb and
mail to iitb-foobar by ~sameer/.qmail-iitb-foobar.
