Maybe I miss the point but you can put any number of "&" lines into
.qmail files (and other deliveries, too, of course) so simply create
a .qmail files in joe's homedir containing
    &[EMAIL PROTECTED]
    &[EMAIL PROTECTED]
That should do the job and if you also want local storage add a
    ./Mailbox
or
    ./Maildir/
line.
