After implementing the new scripts for Procmail and completely restarting the qmail daemons, qmail has now flushed 150 megs of queue in 45 minutes! Thank you everyone for your assistance in this emergency. I did discover that procmail (even though we're not running sendmail in any way) still requires the /var/spool/mail/ directory for temporary lock files. By bringing down my concurrencyremote to 1 session, this is also helping force the queue to flush down to all of my local users.
