Many different freeware, commercial, and open source web interfaces exist
for use with not only qmail, but also with any MTA that supports POP3 or
IMAP.

Some off the top of my head are:

SQwebmail (supports Maildir)
IMP (supports IMAP)
qdpop (supports POP3 written in PERL)

and tons of others.
