Well, there's so little information here anyway. For all we know, he
could have done
% qmail-pw2u -someflags < passwordfile > assign; qmail-newu
And maybe ``alias'' is incorrectly set up, or -someflags had -/ in it.
To analyse the problem which is causing qmail-local to not deliver there
needs to be a stack more information.
