Create a virtualdomain for domain.com like this:
echo 'domain.com:alias-domain' >>/var/qmail/control/virtualdomains
Now forward all that mail to domain2 like this:
echo '|forward "$LOCAL"@domain2.com' >~alias/.qmail-domain-default
