Hello Darvin,
you have to use sth. like:
qmail-pw2u < /etc/passwd > /var/qmail/users/assign
qmail-newu
qmail-pw2u isn't a shell-script.
When doing so, examine the results. As you propably do not want to have
users like ftp recieving mail you better put them into
/var/qmail/users/exclude.
