Hello.

I have commited a set of php scripts that make administering ezmlm-idx 
lists easy. At this point it contain some basic functionality but works 
quite well (for me atleast). I will work on this software further and i 
would like to ask you to test it and submit patches and enhancements. 
Ofcourse only if you like it.
