This means that either qmail-lspawn or qmail-rspawn died for some reason (grep
qmail-send.c). I am presuming the SIGNAL 20 points to the child death in
question (20 is SIGCHLD). This _bad_. Do you see any core files hanging
around?

Also, try cd'ing into a dir with plenty of room and then do

        # ktrace -di -p <pid-of-qmail-send>

after restarting qmail. This will trace qmail-send's children too, and may
point you to what's going on. You can view the ktrace.out file using kdump. Be
sure to watch the size that file though. Use ``ktrace -C'' to turn the trace
off. See ktrace(1)/kdump(1) for details.

Another thing to try is do a cvsup, a make world, a kernel
config/rebuild/install, and reinstall the qmail binaries (using ``make setup
check'' in the qmail source dir).
