store&forward a message

Hi folks,
 
i read a lot of qmail docs, how-tos and manpages , but i found no
info on how to solve this issue :
 
i have one adress e.g. [EMAIL PROTECTED]
when a mail comes in, qmail should store the mail in the users maildir/
virtual maildir AND forward the mail to another adress.
 
How can i do this?
