Filter mail from when Qmail is a SMTP router ?

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1) Can i filter mail that QMail reroute with smtproute ? eg. mail bigger
the 5mb will be bounched etc ?

2) Can i monitor/log the number of spam attacks and for no. 1 the ammount
of mail ( inc from: etc ) bounced ?
