I'm using the "popbull" extension, and I'm having some problems - for no
apparent reason the bulletin, send to all users, can be read only by
several users, and not by all. I cannot find any difference between the
accounts, that are receiving the bulletins, and the ones, that are
ignoring them. Popbull is called in following way:

Perhaps somebody noticed such problem?
