tcpserver

Hello.

Every time I try to setup tcpserver using the command line to, for example,
start a pop server:

tcpserver 0 110 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-popup localhost \

tcpserver send me to a command line like this:
>

so I suppose that it doesn't work (and don't open the 110 port).

What is worng?
