Is the mail-address really handled by fastforward?
I.e. does unknown addresses expand to the .qmail-file containing the call to
fastforward?
Quick sanity check:
Does ~alias/.qmail-default contain the following line:
| fastforward -d /etc/aliases.cdb
?
