1) We have modified vpopmail to work with mysql and support large
numbers
   of accounts, at least 500,000. We haven't integrated it into
sqwebmail,
   but it's next on the list.

2) There is a vadduser command line that can be called from perl or
   c program. We have a sample in c.

3) no idea
