When two or more messages are received by SMTP in the same second, how
does POP decide on how to order them? I presumed it was by PID, but not
after experimenting with the LIST and UIDL commands.

UIDL 107
+OK 107 942346573.9303.b52.com
UIDL 108
+OK 108 942346573.17032.b52.com
UIDL 109
+OK 109 942346573.31434.b52.com
UIDL 110
+OK 110 942346573.7572.b52.com

The POP ordering and directory listing do not seem to compliment each
other, either.
