user's are complaining of lost mail. qMail returns a "no mailbox here
by that name" message. I would like to tell qMail to recieve but not
deliver mail when the NIS server does down. I'm writing a program to do
determine when that happens, but how do I tel qMail to stop delivery?
Once the NIS server comes back up, I would like to tell qMail to deliver
all recieved messages. Is this possible as well?
