I've looked in the archives, but couldn't find a specific answer. Does anybody know if qmail is able to send the same message to multiple recipients at a given external host (ie. mx.otherhost.com) without splitting up the message into one message per recipient? If not, is qmail able to create a persistent connection to an external host, in order to more efficiently deliver the messages separately?
