Secure qmail web based client ??

Is there a web based qmail client that can
interface (via web server) directly with 
pop3 (qpopper?) and smtp process.

Is it possible to run this setup exclusively
using a secure server (https://). The idea
is to secure all email interaction 
including authentication and retrieval
of email.
