Not exactly. The directory has to be *chmod*'d to be sticky in order
for svscan to start a supervise for the "log" subservice.

LWQ does include the necessary chmod commands:

    chmod +t /var/qmail/supervise/qmail-send
    chmod +t /var/qmail/supervise/qmail-smtpd
