Looks like your MUA is buggy. Qmail received mail addressed to
<[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, so it delivered the mail to one, not two
addresses.
Pray tell us which crapware exactly that cannot properly parse RFC 822?
