Subscribe to the ezmlm list by mailing [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Are you using ezmlm-idx? It is required for moderation/digests? If you
did, did you set up the lists using ezmlm-make? It creates ~/list/mod,
~/list/mod/subscribers, and ~/list/digest, ~/list/digest/subscribers
(among other things). The reason for the error is that these do not
exist.
