Yes: chain the rblsmtpd's together, eg:

rblsmtpd rblsmtpd -rrelays.orbs.org rblsmtpd -rsome.other.site ....
... /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd

Alternatively, go to www.qmail.org, and get the patch from there which
allows rblsmtpd to check multiple sites in parallel.
