Well if you try mailing to it you will see. It is returned by the smtp 
server I use to send email which incidentally is also qmail. Here is the 
bounce message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at gidora.zeta.org.au.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following 
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
