You mean particular (outside) address [EMAIL PROTECTED]? 
Simply put
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:alias-forbidden
in virtualdomains,
|bouncesaying "Don't send anything to that address!"
in ~alias/.qmail-forbidden-default and HUP qmail-send to reread 
virtualdomains file.
