Put this in the .qmail file for the account:
remote@address
./Mailbox
... this will forward to remote@address as well as store a copy in the
local mail folder called "Mailbox" in the user's home dir. If you use
Maildir, replace ./Mailbox with "./Maildir/". For more information
what you can do in .qmail, do "man dot-qmail".
