web based filtering

 Does anyone have a web-based mail filtering system, for qmail/maildrop
(and even something for defining "new email addresses" using the
"address-ext@" functionality) ?  I'm using IMP as a front end for people
to get at CourierIMAP, and don't really fancy making up a idiot proof mail
filtering frontend from scratch, if I could avoid it...
