Someone or some program changed your ~/.qmail and probably a few other
things...

Names like ``mbox'' or ``Mailbox'' are confusing since they imply
UNIX-mbox format which is entirely different from qmail's maildir
format. However, your installation must always have used maildir
format otherwise your symlink would not have worked. Also,
qmail-pop3d works _only_ with maildirs.
You could just do
rm mbox; mv Mailbox mbox
then edit your ~/.qmail so mail goes to the ``mbox'' maildir
as before. Then qmail-pop3d should also find your mail again.
You may have to do the same for other users.
