How to make simple ?

Now, after I use Mandrake 6.1 to run tcpserver or tcprules I need to
go to /usr/local/bin first
then
use dot command
./tcprules , ./tcpserver and so on
How to make they can run without giving dot command ? (I tried on RedHat
6.0 system, it could)
