mail setup like hotmail

Hi all,

We wish to create mail setup like hotmail for our registered users on
our linux redhat 6.0 server using qmail-1.03. We are paying some pvt.
org.  to help us in that, but they have not been able to have much
success.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
