Two email addresses and the rest to a virtual domain

Hi,
        I would like [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] to be delivered normally 
but all other @foo.bar mail to go to one address - let's say [EMAIL PROTECTED]  
Can I use a virtualdomain entry for this?  I'm hesitant to just try it since
this is an operating system and I don't want to lose any email.
