supervise question

Hi all,

I have this entry for qmail-pop3d which is under supervise:
#!/bin/sh

exec env - PATH="/var/qmail/bin:$PATH" \
tcpserver 0 110 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-popup host.name.gov \
/bin/checkpassword /var/qmail/bin/qmail-pop3d Maildir &

It is working but when I check with svstat the pid always changes every
second or less.
