Failure to add groups etc via VIPW OpenBSD V2.6

Hello. This may be just a OpenBSD problem...I'm not sure.

When I add this and try and write, it says it is corrupted, but for the life of me, I 
can't see why.

Anyone else with OpenBSD ?
