CAN SEND - BUT CANNOT RECEIVE

is working.
 
Can send mail from my domain, but cannot receive.
Did a telnet localhost 25
failed
 
tcp.smtp (in /etc) is such:
 
ech "127.0.0.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=\"\"" > /etc/tcp.smtp
echo "another IP"  "         "              "            "          "
echo "domainname"        "               "           "           "
 
qmail-smtpd running gives me
220 domainname.com ESMTP
 
sendmail hashed out in /etc/services (port 25)
 
System is RedHat 6.1
 
What am I overlooking or doing wrong?
