Netscape and Microsoft Outlook

Hi,

     I would like to know what kind of MUAs do i need , if all of my
client is using Netscape or Microsoft Outlook to retrieve e-mail.

     Should I use pop-3 server comes with qmail and also Maildir.??? or
others ???
