Subject: SMTP & POP ports are non responding

Dear all ,

      All of a sudden my POP3 & SMTP ports are hanged.Even after restarting
      the essential POP3d & SMTPd services the response is very poor.
      The server configuration is 256MB RAM,Pentium III processor 450 MHZ,
      with 20 GB harddisk space.

      Any guess?any help will be appreciated.
