scan4virus (http://www.geocities.com/jhaar/scan4virus ) provides a wrapper
which supports a number of major virus scanners ....

Also try checking the mailing list archives for the discussions started
in ligtht of the recent outbreak... ;-)
A number of scanners are mentioned in that discussion.
