We haven't seen a single copy of this (compared to 13000
copies of LoveBug on day 1). Nor have any of the AV
companies I've spoken to.
There's no doubt that this new worm does exist, and that
it is extremely harmful. However, its spread appears to
be severely over-hyped.
Perhaps Trend felt they missed out on all the press
activity with the first LoveBug... :-P Or perhaps their
timely announcement has put everyone on their guard and
nipped this one in the bud -who can tell (damned if you
do, damned if you don't)
