There must be some typo, like
a. you misspelled the domain name
b. you misspelled "smtproutes"
c. your qmail instalation is in different directory from
/var/qmail/control
d. the mail came from different domain than you think (ie. not the
one in smtproutes)
Bottom line: If you put the domain in smtproutes, qmail never
complains that "I am the best A or MX"; it knows that it is not.
Therefore something went wrong...
