problems installing qmail

Hello 
I'm installing Qmail 1.03 on Red Hat 6.0 
I was told to put: csh -cf '/var/qmail/rc &' in my boot script.
Where is the exact place to put this command ?
I'm afraid all what I tried failed - qmail doesn't start when the system
is going up.
