I now understand why I get these messages from ORBS dropped into my
postmaster box.

In what sense does ORBS think the described behavior of qmail is
insecure? 

What problem do they refer to, anyways?

It certainly is annoying to get these messages from ORBS whenever
someone wants to check my box out via ORBS.
