Thanks for the tip, I read everything in the links you gave me, but still
doesn't work.

I checked the tcprules using tcprulescheck:

tcprulescheck /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb 200.38.239.65

and the response is:

rule 200.38.239.:
set environment variable RELAYCLIENTE=
allow connection

And still it won't send any e-mail to the outside word.
