VRFY patches

Hello,

I am searching a patch for a minimal support for VRFY.

I need qmail to answer with a status code of 250 for VRFY
command when it is querying postmaster@<domain_in_locals/virtualdomains>
since the domain registration policy in our country states that the
domains to be registered must pass a verification script and the script
checks for the existence of the postmaster user on all MX-es.

Is there some patch which can provide this functionality?
