Messages in Queue, but not sent

Hi,   I just managed getting along with qmail. Svscan is running and seems to work, even if I can't connect to it via Outlook Express (the time before I installed qmail I could see the connection drawn on the LINUX-Machine <tcpserver+some log file message>, now I can't; I wonder why....)   I just sent several emails as described in TEST.deliver to check out my qmail-version, but none of them arrived. Now I found all of them hanging around in the queue.
