qmail-smtp and relaying

I have followed the relaying guide and
have all working well, however I needed to start
tcpserver with

tcpserver -x/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb -u80 -g80 0 smtp
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd &

Now, if I reboot will qmail-smtpd start with different options
or will this now be the default?
