How about blocking the sender's IP in /etc/tcpcontrol/smtp.rules (or
where that is on your system) - just add a line

207.105.53.78:deny

and they will not be allowed to speak to your server. Another possibility
is locking them out with

ipchains -A -s 207.105.53.78 --destination-port 25 -j DENY

(assuming Linux)
