Clean queue

I have some problem with qmail queue  .
_ How to delete messages in queue ?
_ How to extend queue (current is 23 ?) in qmail for a very busy server ? 
Can it work with qmail-ldap ?
_ How to modify the priority of messages in qmail queue for delivery ?
