replace the
/usr/local/bin/tcpserver -v 0 smtp /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd
with something like this
/usr/local/bin/tcpserver -v 199.111.111.111 smtp /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd
same with your pop3 startup file.
